Monroe Cabinet Company, It's a 64 Year History!
During World War II, Haskell Monroe built cabinets for the U.S. Navy in Orange, Texas. After the war was over, he started Monroe Cabinet Company. The business was located in Orange until 1960, when he moved to the current location in Garland, Texas where he continued building cabinets until his retirement in 1990. At that time, Robert Dixon purchased the business and continued making cabinets until his retirement in 2008, when he sold the business to Santiago Planas, the current owner.
Santiago continues the Monroe Cabinet Company 64 year tradition of making beautiful quality custom cabinets at the original Dallas area location at 113 Commercial Street in Garland, Texas.
